The AC 633 headphones are designed to be worn with the "band" behind your head apposed to the typical on top of your head style headphones. While this style of headphones won't mess up your hair style, the bulk of the weight of the headphones will be resting on your ears instead of your head.
Attached to the headphones is a seven foot shielded cord with two 1/8" gold plated plugs. One plug is for the headphones the other is for the microphone. The cord is plenty long and should cause no interference while gaming.
