A number of Philips’ Flat TVs feature Ambilight technology. The technology automatically adjusts the color and brightness of the light surrounding the TV, giving a smooth and wide cast of light on the wall behind the television. This provides a more relaxed viewing experience, improves perceived picture detail, contrast and colour and, as a result, reduces eye-strain.
Ambisound, available in the new Philips SoundBar, uses an advanced digital sound processing technology that provides multi-channel surround sound from fewer speakers. By positioning independent drivers at precise angles, a powerful surround sound is produced and experienced in a room of any shape and size.
For the minimalist With no visible cords, the Philips Ambisound SoundBar can be mounted to the wall below any TV providing clean lines and maximizing floor space.
